 | TEAMSPEAK and Dazed and Confused | |
|  Ever since December 19th Dazed and Confused had been using Teamspeak 3 in order to take advantage of it's new upgraded sound and security features. Lately many issues are bringing concern to the administrators of Dazed and Confused. Although we like the increased security features that TS 3 provide, we aren't so pleased with the excessive lag and system crashes it has caused. Also , the TS3 server has also banned the TS Viewer on our website on many occasions. Cman has also brought to our attention that for reasons beyond his control, he is forced to restart the TS 3 server everyday due to issues with sound. ( Lag, No Sound, etc.)
It is our decision that we shall revert back to using TS 2 until Teamspeak releases a known stable full version of TS 3. Currently, they are releasing BETA versions which are being updated constantly.
The TS 2 server is now up and running. The IP address used for TS 3 is of course the same for TS 2. Too offset the reduced security features of TS 2 we have also decided to PASSWORD protect it. All Dazed and Confused members should see our COMMUNITY MEMBERS ONLY ANNOUNCEMENTS section for this information.

| Due to an increase of a possible spam bot attacks to the Dazed and Confused website, the administrators have decided to add a "captcha " code for each login by all members and guests to the site. Upon recent investigation of an increase failed login attempts, we have concluded that our site has been under attack by either spam bots or undesirables.
Due this increased behavior, it was deemed necessary to add the additional security. We are sorry for this inconvenience, but we feel that it is needed to protect the site.

| Dazed and Confused has a NEW look!!
After much discussion, C-man and I had decided that our website was looking rather plain and somewhat boring. Wanting to spice things up a bit and after hours of browsing themes, both C-man and myself found a theme that met our requirements ( ie. functionality and pleasing to the eye). We hope you are pleased. Our administrators are continually looking to provide our members with improvements and enhancements to make there gaming experience a pleasant one.
All guests are welcome to our public forums. ( Registering with this website ONLY grants access to "website" member sections. ) To become an actual Dazed and Confused member, please contact one of our administrators. Thank you for taking the time in visiting our site and enjoy your stay.

| Hamachi | |
| Due to an increase in membership, ALL Dazed and Confused Hamachi members must be active. If you are not active for three or more days you WILL be kicked from the server! NO EXCEPTIONS. We cannot have inactive members. Also all members MUST use Teamspeak! We use this for in-game communication. Typing in-game does NOT count. We have Teamspeak for a reason. ANYONE who wants to become a community member MUST register with Teamspeak! If you are not registered, you are not considered a community member. Please do not join our Hamachi networks and just take up space. If you do not plan on playing games with us, then do not join our network. The administrators reserve the right to kick you from the network without warning.

Community members are welcome to bring their friends onto our servers and play games with us. We ask that if you do bring your friends, they follow our server rules. We also ask that you do not give our passwords out to people that you do not know that well. Because of this, guests that visit our servers may NOT invite friends without the consent of the Dazed and Confused administrators. No exceptions. This is for the security of our servers and our community in general.
